NTN Bearing Corporation of America Relaunches eKnowledge Online Training Platform
Mount Prospect, Ill. — NTN Bearing Corporation of America (NBCA) is pleased to announce the relaunch of eKnowledge, its web-based training program. eKnowledge is tailored to entry-level inside sales personnel working at NTN authorized distributors and their end-users. The training introduces bearing basics and nomenclature across eight lessons, each covering a different bearing type.

NBCA’s eKnowledge online training program consists of eight training topics, with each module expected to take about 25 minutes to complete. Topics covered in each lesson include product descriptions, part numbering, catalog information, industry interchanges, common applications, NTN support systems, and contact information for technical support. After each session, participants will take a ten-question quiz to ensure full comprehension of the material. Upon completion of the curriculum, participants will receive a certificate of achievement and a commemorative item.
